1. Document Collection and Verification

2. Name Reservation Application
- We also file incorporation and get your name applied for reservation through Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Once the approval of name is done by them, it will be displayed to you with confirming message.
3. DSC Service
- Application for generation of your DSC is raised.
- Once this DSC has been created correctly, your guide, which is assigned by us to help you out, will make your company incorporation registration by bringing you to the MCA portal.
4. Application for Company Incorporation
The application made for incorporation and it is accepted by MCA, which gets an approval to get incorporated.
Upon getting an approval, you would receive a congratulatory message containing company details with the following:
- Name of the Company
- Date of Incorporation (DOI)
- Corporate Identification Number (CIN)
- Permanent Account Number (PAN)
- Link to access key documents like Certificate of Incorporation, MOA, AOA and Master Data.
