If you want to change the name of your company, you need to have approval of Board of Directors of the Company along with approval of Shareholders.
- Issue notice and agenda of Board Meeting for approval of change of name of the Company.
- Hold Board Meeting to obtain approval for changing name of the Company and sending notice to shareholders of the Company.
- Send notice to all the shareholders and convene shareholders’ meeting.
- At meeting of members, pass Special Resolution for approval of change of name.
- File form MGT-14. Fill linked form eMOA and eAOA.
- File form INC-24.
